The Filet Mignon is the most tender cut of beef, lean, yet succulent.  It has a buttery texture with a subtle flavor.  Smoked Black Peppercorns that are naturally smoked using hickory wood chips provide a smooth, smoky flavor, but without the bitterness.

 

Cooking instructions

Grill: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove product from vacuum package. Place the beef filet in grill set at medium temperature. Place in the grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from grill. Let rest for 1-2 minute before serving.

Oven: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from vacuum package. Wrap beef filet in foil and place product in oven safe dish and place in center of the oven for 12-16 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 1-2 minute before serving.
