Product Information

Sourced from the beef chuck area, succulent short ribs consist of five short ribs that are simply too small to be used as a cut of steak. In comparison to traditional cuts of steak, where this cut lacks tenderness, it compensates with incredible natural flavors. Between the size of this cut and the ability to lock in an amazing amount of flavor, it makes it the perfect meat to prepare using the sous vide methodology.

Sous vide is a cooking science we have mastered here at Calvetti Meats, and we’re proud to be sharing our pre-cooked meals with anyone, anywhere, at any time. Our sous vide short ribs are made to melt in your mouth and bring you distinct flavor no other cooking method can do. Each delicious sous vide meal comes carefully prepared by our classically trained chefs, and ready for you to simply heat, serve, and enjoy from the moment they arrive.
