Sous Vide Seared Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket

Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts.  Seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, hickory, brown sugar and spices which gives this cut a nice smoked notes.

Cooking instructions

Fully Cooked Sous Vide Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket

Stove: For best results, thaw the vacuum package 24 hours prior to cooking. Add water in a Large Sauce Pot and bring to a simmer (180-200 °F). Place product in plastic pouch into the simmering water. Keep the product in simmering water for 15-20 minutes. Times may vary so check that internal temperature of is 160 °F. Remove on to plate. Let rest for 1 min.

Oven: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from vacuum package. Wrap beef brisket in foil and place product in oven safe dish and place in center of the oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Microwave: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Cut a small slit into top of the pouch and place product in plastic pouch on a microwave safe dish and cook on high for 5-6 min. Remove from microwave and let rest for 1 min before serving. To serve, remove product from pouch by cutting the edge of the bag and pouring the contents out into a dish.

Fully Cooked Sous Vide Bacon Wrapped Pork Spare Ribs

Grill: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove product from vacuum package. Place the pork ribs in grill set at high temperature. Place in the grill for 5-6 minutes. Remove from grill. Let rest for 1-2 minute before serving.

Skillet: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove product from vacuum package. Place the pork ribs in skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn around cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Oven: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove product from vacuum package. Place product in oven safe dish and place in center of the oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
