Sous vide, which means "under vacuum" in French, refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise water temperature in a water bath.
By cooking meat at a precise length of time, the result is a very even cook.
Food cooks in its own juices. This ensures that the food is moist, juicy and tender.

I prepared a Filet Mignon Sous Vide with a Seasoned Herb Butter it was superb.
the ribs were amazing. very easy to prepare and they fell off the bone. we enjoyed these and can't wait to try the brisket.
probably some of the best meat I've ever had at home. I'm sold on sous vide
The ribs were easy to make - I didn't particularly like the smoky flavor of the Horseradish ribs but my spouse did. I liked that there was plenty of sauce, except that one of the bags broke while it was in the hot water, with the result that I lost all the sauce. I did report this to you but did not get a response. So I'm pleased enough with my purchase but am not likely to order them again.
Hi Marianne, Our website has been down for construction and I did not see your review until today. I am sorry you had an issue with one of the bags breaking in the water. I spoke with our on site chef and he said it is possible that the water was too hot, boiling vs simmering, and that may be why the bag opened. We would be happy to send a replacement.
Fed the whole family! Everyone was pleasantly surprised to have a boneless chicken breast include a drummette. Typically I don't like Chicken skin, but I ate this one. Full of flavor, and definitely more juicy than a grill cooked breast. Great overall.
